What a lovely thing to do to set this up Charlotte, may it remain in perpetuity.
To you, Dave, my old mate, colleague, friend and co-conspirator, whilst your family and friends grieve for our loss, the pain is gone for you and you are at peace. You brought much love and laughter to this world and it is a poorer place for your passing. You brightened up even the brightest of rooms and I am sorry that you are no longer with us, but your memory will live on. Rest easy pal.
